These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the VANRIQ online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Product listings in the online store are not a binding offer but an invitation to order. When you submit an order, you make a binding offer to purchase. The order confirmation email is our acceptance of that offer and concludes the contract.

All prices shown are final prices including applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown separately before checkout. Payment is made using the payment methods offered at checkout.

Delivery is made to the shipping address you provide at checkout. Standard delivery within the EU is usually 3–5 business days after dispatch. Actual delivery times may vary by destination and carrier.

You may cancel this contract within 30 days without giving a reason. The cancellation period is 30 days from the day you receive the goods. Full details are set out in our Returns & Refund Policy.

Your statutory warranty rights apply. Where indicated on a product page, we also offer additional manufacturer warranty coverage for that product.

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and only for foreseeable damage typical of the contract.

Dutch law applies to these terms. If you are a consumer in the EU, mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence also apply where they give you greater protection.

If the ordered products have not been delivered within 30 days of the order date, you may cancel the contract free of charge. Notify us in writing by email at support@vanriq.com. After cancellation, we will refund the full purchase amount within 14 days using your original payment method.
