Return Conditions

You may return your order within 30 calendar days of delivery. You may open and test the product only as much as needed to assess its nature, characteristics, and function — the same as you would in a shop. The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.

If the product shows use beyond this reasonable inspection (for example extended daily use, visible wear, or damage from misuse), we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value. You pay return shipping unless the item is defective or was damaged on arrival.

Return Address

VANRIQ fulfils orders from several EU warehouses. Each product must be returned to the warehouse that handles that product line — not necessarily the address on your delivery note.

After you email us to start a return, we will send you the correct return address for your order. Depending on the product, this may be in the Netherlands, Poland, or another EU country. We cannot accept or refund returns sent to any other address.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email support@vanriq.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Do not send the parcel before we reply.
  2. We will confirm the return address and next steps. If we provide a prepaid return label, its cost is still deducted from your refund unless the product is defective or arrived damaged.
  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it with a tracked service. If the parcel is lost in transit and there is no tracking, we cannot issue a refund.
  4. After we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Refund Timing

Once your return has been approved, the refund is sent to the same payment method you used. This usually takes 5–7 business days from the day we receive the returned item. We will email you when the refund has been processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us as soon as possible with photos. In these cases we pay return shipping and will either send a replacement at no extra cost or refund you in full.

Manufacturer Warranty

Our products include a manufacturer's warranty. The length of coverage for each product is shown on that product's page.
