Complaints Procedure

1. Filing a Complaint

Do you have a complaint about a product or our service? Contact us at support@vanriq.com Please include your order number and a clear description of the complaint.

2. Acknowledgment

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 2 business days by email.

3. Resolution

We aim to resolve your complaint within 14 days of receipt. If more time is needed, we will inform you and provide an estimated timeline.

4. Dispute Resolution

If we cannot reach a resolution together, you may submit your complaint to a recognized dispute resolution body or use the European ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
